Windows Vista (without a router)
Contact the router manufacturer to configure
your router.
- From the Start Menu, click on Control Panel >
Network and Internet> Network and Sharing Center.
- From the Tasks list on the left, choose Manage
network connections.
- Right Click on Local Area Connection.
- From the drop down list, go to Properties.
NOTE: If a window appears saying “Windows Needs your Permission to
Continue” click Continue.
Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
and click on Properties.
- Click Use the following IP address.
- Enter your IP address, Subnet Mask
(255.255.255.0), and Gateway address.
- Enter the Preferred (66.211.64.32) and
Alternate(66.211.64.48) DNS addresses. Click OK. Close out of the
remaining windows.
