My Email is stuck and won't finish downloading, Why?
It could be a large file on the mail server or a
corrupted file. To fix this issue:
- Go to www.avci.net
- Click on Web Mail
- Enter your AVCI.net username without the @avci.net
(make sure to use lowercase letters only)
- Enter your AVCI.net password (all lowercase)
- Click the login button
- Click Inbox
- If it is a large file issue you can see the size of
each email along the right hand side of each email, anything 3million+
can clog up your email.
- If it is a corrupted message the best thing to do
is to delete all junk mail from your webmail.
- Go to your Outlook Express program as usual to
download your remaining email.
