My friend is trying to email me and it bounces back to them, why?

Are they trying to send you an email with a large file attached to it?  If so, we have a limit on the size an email can be to pass through the mail server. If the attachment is larger than 5 or 6 MB it will be bounced back to the sender.

Try reducing the size of the file attachment or if it is multiple attachments try sending fewer per email.

Another possibility is that your mail server space is already full and does not have enough room to accept the new message. You can fix this by downloading your emails into outlook express to clear up your space on the mail server.
